If customers can’t find it, it doesn’t exist. Clearly list and describe the services you offer. Also, be sure to showcase a premium service.

Older buildings with no native BACnet support,  utility data only or non typical protocols can still produce enormous amounts of helpful data.  We are vendor agnostic and  have access to devices that can translate virtually any protocol to standard BACnet protocols

There is some useful information in the utility information.  As smart meters become more advanced and the information becomes easier to acquire this is often a good starting point for a larger analysis.
